The incumbent Nadeem Ahmed Shaikh in his reply to showcasue notice admited the facts reported by Ld:Family/CJJM Kashmore at Kandhkot, through that the incumbent has apologized but the illegation against his that he is not disciplinary rules. however, by taking leinent view it is directed that the salary of five days will be deducted from his monthly salary with further warning to be careful in future. |

Order. Perused the reply of show cause notice furnished by Nadeem Ahmed Shaikh SW, and he was also heard inperson. The incumbent remained absent his duty w.e.f 09-02-2022 to 15-02-2022. The record of Auto Attendence Machine reveals that he is habitual to leave the office premises without permission of his PO. He leaved the office and has not returned back to his duties for the dates.22-11-2021,04-01-2022,11-01-2022,24-01-2022,26-01-2022 and 03-02-2022. The incumbent given assurance that in future he will not repeat the same type of mistake, therefore, looking to the future of his family he is excused to his time with warning to remain careful in future. His absence from duty for 08 days as treated as leave without pay. |
